They must pay attention to all details from the first contact through final settlement, such as: advertising costs, preparation labor, seating, shelter, trained ringmen, knowledgeable clerk and cashier, food, and many, many other issues. I attempt to eliminate all negligent areas which could possibly cause an accident and reduce the liability. It is my policy to settle with the owner on the same date as the sale when possible. All sales are conducted with a written, signed contract.
